Missing You

By Marcus Pan

Sitting alone and far away,
Wishing you were here this day,
There's nothing I can do nor say,
This loneliness will not go away.

Every moment without you here,
Brings on each and every fear,
Without you I shed a tear,
And hope that soon you will be near.

To hold you close within my arms,
And feel inside your love and charms,
If you're not next to me you're too far,
Like a shining and far off star.

I need you here, you'll never know,
Just how much I love you so,
You've touched me deep within my soul,
Please, my love, never go.

I miss you and I feel the pain,
Like a rose that longs for rain,
Reaching out for you I strain,
Hoping for your love to gain.

I'd cross the mountains, sail the seas,
Just to have you close to me,
Every moment you're not with me,
Seems like a whole eternity.
