Editor's Notes
Hello again my children. Welcome to issue 74 of Legends
Magazine. Im happy to bring back the Albinor Chronicles into this issue.
The Albinor Chronicles havent been seen since Legends No. 60. In this
chapter, Battle of Fort Death, youll see Albinor slip into
yet another warlike conflict between the forces of Minrothad and
Ierendi
more evidence that the whole of the world gets bleaker still.
Theres plenty to come in Albinor.
In addition, Im happy to report that Ive
actually been putting some time into the campaign of Albinor once again as
Ive started performing a full rewrite of the entire Dungeon Masters
Notebook which I have written to enhance the rules of my campaign. For those
that have been around long enough to remember the game playing I used to print
in Legends fairly often, youll be happy to see Legends returning to
its fantasy/AD&D game playing roots as I soon begin running out the
rewrites of these articles and rules; a Dungeon Masters Notebook Second
Edition so to speak.
If you missed some of the original Albinor Chronicles and
Songs of Albinor printed in the past of Legends, you can see some of them
re-created in an all-new form and with new stories for fantasy readers to
enjoy. Check out the Serpents Inn, written by yours truly and illustrated
by Ravven of Dark Angel Webzine. The first three chapters are written and up
for all to enjoy. The address is http://home.cdsnet.net/~ravven/ so swing by
and have a look.
Thats about all I have to talk about for this issue.
Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving.
Peace, love and all the trimmings
(and turkey, and
stuffing, and cranberries, and
)
