Step 3: Submitting Your Ad

Once you have your ad paid for and created, you'll need to send it to us. When you paid you received an email confirming payment that contained your Invoice or purchase number.

To submit your ad, email it to

Your submitting email must include:
- your properly formatted ad
- The Invoice Number or Purchase Order number as proof of payment
- If you are purchasing a banner ad, the destination link must be included.

Anyone who sends us an incomplete email will be notified and their email will be deleted pending a proper submission

If you wish to receive a copy of the magazine in which your ad appears, please include your Name and Address.

If you did not receive a purchase order number, or an email confirming your payment, please visit PayPal or contact your credit card company for more information.

Advertising Cycle

Our ad cycle closes the 15th of each month.

Each ad received and paid for prior to the 15th of the month will appear in the next month's issue. Ads received after the 15th of the month will go in the following issue

An ad received January 1-15, will appear in the February Issue

An ad received January 16-31 will appear in the March issue
